Guzi Martin Guzi is an Assistant Professor at Masaryk University in Brno. He obtained a master’s degree in mathematics at Comenius University in Bratislava and a PhD in Economics at CERGE-EI in 2013. Martin stayed at IZA as a Resident Research Affiliate in 2009/2013 and became an IZA Research Fellow in December 2015.

His research interests are labour economics, with a focus on work migration, income adequacy, the careers of university graduates, social welfare schemes, and subjective well-being.

Martin organizes Young Economists' Meeting and Research Seminar series at Masaryk University.
