too h Königs Sebastian Königs is an Economist / Social Policy Analyst at the OECD, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs.

He holds a DPhil (PhD) in Economics from the University of Oxford, a graduate degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne and an undergraduate degree from the University Maastricht. He previously worked as a part-time researcher at Statistics Norway and did consultancy work for the OECD and The World Bank.

His main research interests are in social benefit receipt dynamics and in social and employment policies for young people.

He joined IZA as a Research Affiliate in July 2013.
