IZA “is an exciting place which renews itself. The workshop system encourages close reading and frank discussions of papers and ideas.”, (quoting professor James J. Heckman).
We have organized IZA/SOLE's TAM 2022 online once more. The IZA/SOLE Transatlantic Meeting of Labor Economists started in 2002 as a joint project between SOLE and IZA. To commemorate the strong ties between SOLE and IZA, this year’s keynote speaker will be Kathryn Shaw, she is the Ernest C. Arbuckle Professor of Economics at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, and this year’s president of SOLE. Next year’s SOLE president, Chinhui Juhn, Henry Graham Professor of Economics, University of Houston professor, will also participate this year’s Transatlantic Meeting.
